form dial-up to cable Internet (two locations) -- Installed SonicWALL SOHO3
firewalls at both sites -- Enabled VPN access to both sites from remote
locations. Remove support moved from Dial-in to Internet VPN.
2004: Added Small Business Server
2003 to facilitate upgrade of Cornelius AR system to use Microsoft SQL,
implemented Exchange Server 2003. Rolled out Help Desk capability to centralize
requests. Replaced McAfee desktop AV with Trend Client Server Messaging Suite.
Addition of SBS server necessitated migrating entire domain to new domain name.
